SOL by Walker recently welcomed Stage 2 buyers to an exclusive event at Walker’s newly opened commercial tower, 50 First Avenue, offering a tangible experience of Walker’s legacy of excellence and commitment to transforming Maroochydore City Centre.
The evening brought buyers together with SOL’s project partners and delivery team, providing an opportunity to gain insights into the project’s design, construction progress and the broader vision for the precinct. Importantly, it also gave buyers an opportunity to connect with future neighbours and begin to foster the connections that will underpin the SOL community.
The event came at an exciting time in SOL’s delivery. With construction progressing at pace, SOL is now visibly rising above ground, with key elements including the future retail precinct and resident car parking beginning to take shape.
Now 90% sold, SOL continues to build momentum, with strong buyer appeal reflecting its position as a landmark residential development in the vibrant Sunshine Coast.
