First Release Reaches 85 Percent Sold
SOL by Walker has reached a major milestone, with 85 percent of residences in First Release now sold. This marks a key moment in the growth of Maroochydore City Centre.
The strong sales momentum reflects growing buyer confidence and ongoing demand for quality coastal living in one of Australia’s fastest growing regional economies.
With foundational works nearing completion and the tower footprint next to rise, interest continues to build. Since the project launch in March, attended by Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie and Sunshine Coast Mayor Rosanna Natoli, SOL has exceeded expectations, with fewer than 20 apartments remaining.
