Featuring two 19-storey towers with 248 premium residences and resort style amenities alongside commercial offices and vibrant boutique retail, SOL integrates biophilic design, innovative thermal strategies and a community-focused public realm.

With ocean-facing towers, landscaped rooftops and a diverse housing mix, SOL pioneers a sustainable, people-first alternative to high-density development, prioritising lifestyle, climate resilience and long-term regional growth. SOL marks a new chapter in the evolution of the Maroochydore City Centre.

The Urban Developer Awards recognise leadership and innovation across the built environment. SOL’s shortlisting places it among the most forward-thinking projects in the nation, with winners to be announced on July 30 at The Star Gold Coast.
